Through years of research and dedication in the field of Pediatric Psychology, our founders, Dr. Marcy Willard and Dr. Anna Kroncke, developed a proprietary assessment tool for deeply understanding children’s strengths and challenges. This tool, known as CADE, allows us to truly understand your unique child and to build a roadmap that is individualized to their needs.

CADE allows for:

• Timely assessments with little to no wait list so we can end wasted potential in your child
• Telehealth-based assessments from the comfort of your own home
• Input from families, educators, therapists and psychologists
• Nuanced test results to inform the most effective treatment plans
• Progress monitoring

What’s included?

• 3-to-5 testing sessions (each 60-90 minutes) with your child
• CCP scoring and analysis of all data
• 75-minute session to review the findings and set a customized roadmap for moving forward
• 60-minute follow-up session to check in on progress

How much will it cost?
$1,000 – $2,200*

*Diagnostic assessments are customized to individual needs of your child and therefore range in cost depending on the scope of the evaluation. Diagnostic assessments are currently only available via Clear Child Psychology in the following states:

Not every child needs a diagnosis. We are here to help families struggling with their child’s behavior or mental health. We can provide a “Non-Diagnostic” assessment where we get to know your child, along with their strengths and challenges via a streamlined version of CADE, and develop a proactive plan to help your family support your child and get on a clear path forward.

What’s included?

• 2, 60-minute sessions with your child
• CCP analysis and research
• 60-minute session to review the findings and set a customized roadmap for moving forward
• 60-minute follow up session to check in on progress

Our JumpStart package allows families to get set up and move in the right direction coming out of an assessment and on a clear path forward, providing ongoing coaching, accountability and support. Through this package, you get a series of 1-hour and ½-hour consultations tailored to your family’s needs.

Our Life Skills package provides coaching in a non-clinical capacity for older teens and adults around specific issues that may impede your path to personal success. This program includes education and coaching support for individuals impacted by autism or ADHD.

For parents of kids with autism or ADHD:

• parent coaching and family support
• Education on supporting your child’s social and communication skills
• Help obtaining appropriate school services

For individuals with autism or ADHD:

• Get guidance on navigating career, family, and relationships
• Practice and review social interactions with a skilled social coach
• Increase self-awareness
• Identify your strengths
• Set goals and put plans in motion

Is your teenage or young adult child not ready to leave the nest? Struggling to emancipate? We can help. Sometimes you may feel like your teenager or young adult is not as mature as you expected for their age. They may be academically ready for college or career but lack the organizational skills to succeed on their own. 

Often, parents find it hard to talk to their child about getting help for such issues. This program allows for the teenager or young adult to talk to one of our coaches about how this guidance can support them in reaching their own goals. A quick interview and get-to-know you conversation with the teen or young adult can really get the ball rolling

What’s included?

• Free 20 minute session with you and another 20 minutes with your teen or adult to decide if this program is right for your family
• 4, 60-minute get to know you consultations ($400 if purchased individually)
• 8, 60-minute executive function coaching sessions ($1,200 if purchased individually)
• 4, 60-minute family progress check ins ($400 if purchased individually)
